These terms apply to the Confluence Cloud app Table Export Lite for Confluence ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. They work alongside the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Confluence sites where it is installed, for as long as it stays installed. You may use it on any number of pages and lists within those sites.
You may not resell the app, or copy and redistribute it as your own product.
The app is free, for any number of users. It is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Remove it at any time by uninstalling it.
Your pages remain entirely yours. The app does not copy, store or transmit them anywhere: it reads the tables of the pages you point it at, using your own Confluence permissions, and builds the file inside your browser, on your own Confluence site. See the privacy policy for details.
An exported file is a snapshot taken at the moment you press the button, not a live link to the page: later edits in Confluence do not change a file you have already downloaded. The export covers only pages your Confluence permissions let you open, so two people exporting the same space may end up with different files. Merged cells are expanded so that every row keeps the same number of columns.
The app runs on Atlassian infrastructure, and its availability depends on Atlassian services. We do not offer a separate uptime guarantee beyond what Atlassian provides for its platform.
Support is provided by email at support@horizonventures.app, in English, on working days. We aim to reply within two working days.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
