Terms of Service

Clickable SVG for Confluence · last updated 16 September 2026

Short version: install it, use it on as many pages as you like, cancel any time. Billing is handled by Atlassian. The app runs inside your own Confluence and stores nothing.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Confluence Cloud app Clickable SVG for Confluence ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. They work alongside the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, which govern purchase and billing.

2. Licence

You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Confluence sites covered by your subscription, for as long as that subscription is active. You may use it on any number of pages and diagrams within those sites.

You may not resell the app, or copy and redistribute it as your own product.

3. Billing

The app is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles pricing tiers, invoices, taxes and refunds according to its own rules. Pricing is shown on the app listing and depends on the number of users on your Confluence site.

Cancel at any time by uninstalling the app or changing your subscription in Atlassian's billing settings.

4. Your content

Your diagrams and pages remain entirely yours. The app does not copy, store or transmit them anywhere: it reads the SVG attachment of the page it is placed on, using the permissions of the person viewing that page, and renders it inside the browser. See the privacy policy for details.

5. How the diagram behaves

The macro shows the attachment as it is at the moment the page is opened, so replacing the attached file updates the diagram without touching the page. Links inside the diagram obey Confluence permissions: a reader who cannot open the target page will not be able to reach it through the diagram either. Scripts and event handlers inside an SVG file are stripped before rendering, which is a security measure and cannot be disabled.

6. Availability

The app runs on Atlassian infrastructure, and its availability depends on Atlassian services. We do not offer a separate uptime guarantee beyond what Atlassian provides for its platform.

7. Support

Support is provided by email at support@horizonventures.app, in English, on working days. We aim to reply within two working days.

8. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
