Yana is the WhatsApp assistant that answers messages and helps book appointments for a studio. If you wrote to a studio that uses Yana, we keep your name, phone number, the conversation and your appointment history on the studio's behalf. You can ask us to delete all of it.

How to ask

1. Send the message "Delete my data" to the studio's WhatsApp number, or
2. email support@horizonventures.app with your name and the phone number you used to write to the studio.

What happens next

• We confirm that the request comes from the owner of that phone number.
• We delete your record, the conversation and your appointment history within 30 days.
• We let you know when it is done.

What may be kept and why

If you paid the studio, Peruvian law requires the studio to keep the accounting record of the payment (amount and date) for the legal period. That record does not include the conversation or any notes about your health.

Yana es el asistente de WhatsApp que responde los mensajes y ayuda a agendar citas de un estudio. Si usted escribió a un estudio que usa Yana, guardamos en nombre del estudio su nombre, su número, la conversación y su historial de citas. Puede pedir que eliminemos todo eso.

Cómo pedirlo

1. Envíe el mensaje «Quiero eliminar mis datos» al WhatsApp del estudio, o
2. escriba a support@horizonventures.app con su nombre y el número de teléfono con el que escribió al estudio.

Qué pasa después

• Confirmamos que el pedido viene del titular del número.
• Eliminamos su ficha, la conversación y el historial de citas en un plazo máximo de 30 días.
• Le avisamos cuando esté hecho.

Qué se conserva y por qué

Si hubo pagos, la ley peruana obliga al estudio a conservar el registro contable de la operación (monto y fecha) durante el plazo legal. Ese registro no incluye la conversación ni notas sobre su salud.
