One person writes these apps. That is the whole company.
Horizon Ventures E.I.R.L. is a software company of one, registered in Peru and run from the Sacred Valley near Cusco. It builds narrow apps for Confluence Cloud: each one does a single job the platform leaves undone.

I write the apps, the documentation and this website. Both products started the same way: something in Confluence did not work the way it should, and the fix was small enough to build properly.
I live in the Sacred Valley near Cusco, Peru. If your message arrives during the European working day, the reply usually goes out the same evening.
Why a one-person company is not the risk it sounds like
The usual worry about a small vendor is that it disappears and takes your work with it. That worry is earned: plenty of Confluence apps have been abandoned, and their users were left rebuilding pages.
Our apps are built so that this failure mode does not exist. They run entirely inside Atlassian's own infrastructure under the Runs on Atlassian programme. There is no server of ours between you and your data, no hosting bill that can stop being worth paying, and nothing of yours stored anywhere outside your Confluence site. If this company vanished tomorrow, your diagrams would still be ordinary attachments on your pages, exactly as they were before you installed anything.
The other side of being small is speed. There is no support queue and no first line reading from a script. You write to the address below, and the person who wrote the code reads it. Bugs that take an afternoon to fix are usually fixed the same week, not filed into a backlog.
How support actually works
Write to xpymik6@gmail.com with what happened and, if you can, a screenshot. Peru is on UTC−5, so a message sent during the European morning is usually answered the same day.
Support is available in English, Spanish and Russian. Bug reports are welcome even when you are on the free tier: a bug that annoys a team of five annoys a team of fifty just as much.
The formal part
Horizon Ventures E.I.R.L., a limited liability sole proprietorship registered in Peru, RUC 20612763888, Calca, Cusco. Atlassian sells the apps and pays this company as the vendor of record, which means your invoices and your payment details stay with Atlassian, not with us.
What each app does with data is written out in the privacy policy. The short version: nothing of yours leaves your Confluence site.
