Not because nobody wants it. Because a hundred and fifty regulations sit in Word files, and each one takes twenty minutes to copy across by hand. That is a week of work nobody was given.
Drop the files onto the block — or pick documents already attached to the page, because half of them were uploaded long ago with the words "we will move this properly later". The app reads them and creates the pages.
Before anything is created, it tells you what it found: how many headings, tables and images. If that line looks wrong, you know it before the import, not after.
An eighty-page regulation is a section of a wiki, not a page. The app splits the document by its headings and builds the tree: a heading 2 becomes a child page of the heading 1 above it. You choose the depth.
Titles are kept unique the safe way. If a page with that name already exists, the new one gets a number in brackets — nothing you already have is overwritten or deleted.
A .docx file is unpacked and read inside your own browser. Only the finished pages go to your Confluence site, with your own permissions. We have no servers — there is nowhere for your documents to go even if we wanted them.
The files people migrate are HR policies, contracts and internal procedures. They are exactly the ones you cannot push through a stranger's server, and that is usually what decides the purchase.
This runs entirely in your browser: the file is unpacked and read here, on your machine, and nothing is uploaded anywhere. That is also how the app itself works, which is the point of showing it this way.
Headings have to be real heading styles in Word. If the document was written with text simply made bigger and bold, nothing here will find a structure — and neither will any other tool. That is the single thing worth fixing before a migration.
