Privacy
This site is a set of static pages and asks you for nothing: there are no forms, no accounts and no newsletter. It does, however, count visits and measure advertising, and it is worth saying exactly how.
Visit counting. Pages are counted by GoatCounter, which sets no cookies and records no personal data: a page address, a referrer and a rough country, nothing that identifies you.
Advertising measurement. Pages carry a Google Ads tag, so that when we run ads we can tell which of them brought someone here. This one does set cookies, and Google may use them to attribute a visit to an ad click. Enhanced conversion tracking, which reads what people type into forms, is deliberately switched off — there are no forms here to read.
Fonts. The site loads a webfont from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request your browser makes for that file.
If you would rather not be counted at all, any tracker blocker stops all of the above, and the site works exactly the same without it.
The apps
Clickable SVG and Smart Search run entirely inside Atlassian infrastructure under the Runs on Atlassian programme. We operate no servers of our own, so your pages, diagrams and attachments are never sent to us and never stored by us.
Each app publishes its own privacy statement and terms as part of its Marketplace listing:
If you write to us
Support is handled over email. Whatever you send in that email, your address included, is kept in the mailbox and used only to answer you. It is not passed to anyone else and not used for marketing.
Billing
Payment for the apps is handled by Atlassian, not by us. We never see your card details. As the vendor we see the customer name, licence size and country that Atlassian reports to us.
